The Hotel is set in the centre of Haverfordwest, with its own private car park.
Entrances to the Hotel:- from the side entrance our car park has a slight decline and no steps; therefore is ideal for wheelchair access. The Main front door entrance via Mariners Square has one pavement kerb; also enters to ground floor where Reception, Restaurant, Bar and Toilets are sited.
The Restaurants are accessible by four steps to the lower one near Reception, and a further five steps to the main Restaurant. There are hand rails to assist on the stairs. For customers that are unable to manage any steps, meals can be served in the Bar
The toilets on the ground floor have limited access; one is available with grab rails, please ask Receptionist if you require assistance to gain access.
Bedrooms are situated on first and second floor - we have no lift, but level access can be gained to some bedrooms from the rear car park. When making a reservation please advise if you wish to have level access, and on arrival the Receptionist will assist if required.
Some bedrooms have walk in showers, if this is more suitable to your needs please request one from the Receptionist at the time of making a reservation.
